1. Shipping policies
All ready-to-ship items are shipped within 3 business days after receiving your full cleared payment.
All made-to-order items are shipped within the timeframe specified in each listing description.
By default we ship with USPS Shipping by air and send you a shipping notification with tracking number for each order.
Expedited EMS or DHL shipping is available for additional price and can be chosen from the dropdown menu when placing your order.
Please note that the time indicated for expedited shipping does not include our own turnaround time required to complete your order.
Please make sure your address is correct and matches your PayPal address.
By default we send your order to your address, unless otherwise specified.
We do not accept responsibility for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses and/or recipient names filled by customer in the order details.
SHIPPING TIMES (regular shipping, approximate estimation):
- USA: 3-5 days
- Canada: 7-14 days
- Europe: 7-14 days
The above shipping time estimations are approximate and depend on the operation of postal and custom services. We do our best to ship your order as soon as possible, we do not accept responsibility for delays caused by post and customs, which are beyond our control, and do not refund orders whose shipping has been delayed.
Please also note that in holiday seasons shipping times may be longer than indicated.
If your order is urgent, please convo us first before purchasing and we’ll do what we can to rush production of your order.
ADDITIONAL POLICES
Dear Customers,
While we do our best to render colors correctly in our photos, different devices may display colors differently, therefore colors may show slight variations in real life.
If you have any doubt about our suggested colors, please contact us prior to purchasing. We’ll be happy to provide more photos and descriptions of our items, colors and materials for your convenience.
Please note that we do not accept returns and do not issue refunds for items whose colors claimed not as described in the listings.
If you prefer any of our designs in a different color, material or size not specified in our listings, please convo us – we will be happy to make a Custom Order for you.
In order for our designs to be successful, your feedback is of highest importance. If something went wrong with your experience as our customer, please let us know immediately, before leaving feedback, and we’ll do our best to find the best possible solution.
2. Returns & Exchanges
- We gladly accept returns and exchanges.
- Dear Customers, your satisfaction is important to us and we do our best to make your experience with us pleasant and useful. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please let us know immediately, before leaving feedback, and we’ll do our best to find the best solution for you.
- You must contact us in 5 days from delivery date about the return BEFORE sending the item(s) back.
- You must ship the item(s) back to us no later than in 7 days from delivery date and provide tracking number for the returned package.
- As soon as the returned item(s) arriveback in their original condition, we refund you via PayPal the cost of the item(s), not including any shipping, taxes or other charges.
- Items that return as unclaimed and/or non-deliverable can be resent to buyer at buyer expense or refunded deducting 10% restocking fee.
- Items sent back to us later than in 7 days from delivery date and/or without prior notice and/or without tracking number will not be refunded.
3. Cancellations
Request for cancellation is possible only before item has shipped.
4. The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items on sale
IMPORTANT:
- Buyer is responsible for reading our full shop policies and full item descriptions prior to purchasing.
- By placing an order buyer agrees to the entire policies of our shop.
- We reserve the right to reasonably determine eligibility for refunds and to update our policies at any time without prior notice.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

FAQ
Can I send you a suit for alterations from another city? Is a video fitting possible?
Yes. We offer remote consultations and online fittings via video call. Once we schedule a convenient time, you’ll need someone to assist you during the call, along with a measuring tape, a ruler, and either tailor’s chalk or pins. We’ll guide you through the process step by step to ensure the best fit.
How long do alterations take?
Standard turnaround time is 2–3 business days. If you need your garment sooner, let us know — rush service may be available depending on our schedule.
Can you shorten my jeans and keep the original hem?
Yes. We offer hemming with original hem preservation, especially when the denim has special finishes like stone washing or distressing. This way, the original look of the jeans is maintained while adjusting the length.
